During a Reiki session Taylor, an experienced practitioner,
uses different hand positions on the body to channel energy to the places that need it most.
Reiki is a non invasive way to balance ones mind, body & spirit.

Another way to relax & rejuvenate is with a foot massage.
Taylor combines a series of stretching & relaxation techniques to completely relax the muscles in your feet.
This relaxing feeling extends throughout your entire body.

Taylor has been doing Reiki for 3 years & is a Reiki Master/practitioner.
