Throughout our daily lives our bodies & emotions get distorted when
dealing with stressful situations. Using unique healing & cleansing
techniques my focus is to harmonize the physical, emotional & mental
states for one’s happiness & well-being.

PNF Foot Massage:
Taylor combines PNF stretching with a series of muscle relaxation techniques
that completely stretches & relaxes the foot muscles. Since there are pressure
points on the feet that correspond to all of the glands, organs & parts of the body
you will feel relaxed from head to toe.

Acupressure for Stress Relief:
is a natural way to relieve muscle tension & relax the entire body.
It incorporates the whole person; mind, body & soul to facilitate inner growth.
When light touch is applied to specific meridians & chakras on the body it releases stress.
