HATHA YOGA

Learn to flow with gentle movements & stretches, along with breathwork to relieve stress & improve flexibility. Choose from a variety of yoga postures to create your own routine.
This 1-hour class is open to beg. & intermediate students.

Tuesday Morning ~ 11:00-noon.
Friday Morning class ~ 10:00-11:00am.
Inst.: Corinna Frank
certified in Hatha Yoga through the Kriya Yoga Temple, Chicago, IL.

Wednesday Evening class ~ 5:45-6:45pm.
Inst.: Jassica Callahan, certified Yoga instructor.


Class size limited/early payment ensures your spot.
Registration/prepay due three days before class date.

 

WORKSHOP POLICY - Pre-registration and/or prepayment required for all classes! A minimum number of students may be required to hold a class. Earthsong reserves the right to cancel a scheduled workshop, at which time a full refund will be issued within 72 hours. Registrants who cancel No Later than 1 week prior to a workshop will receive a refund (minus a $5.00 processing fee) within 72 hours. No Shows or Registrants who cancel later than 1 week prior to the workshop will No Longer Be Eligible for a refund. Register by phone - Checks/Debit/Visa/Master and Discover Cards accepted!
